"The Barn"

£80 per night (Double Occupancy) (£85 for Friday night or Saturday night on it's own)

or £75 per night for bookings of three nights or more.

Current Rates for 2010

Our guest suite (The Annex) is available for £75 per night based on two people sharing or £65 per night for bookings of three or more nights. The Barn is available for £80 per night based on two people sharing or £75 per night for bookings of three or more nights.

Your choice of Breakfast is included in our prices.

Need room for one more? There is a sofa bed in the lounge area of each suite is available for a child or extra adult for an additional charge of between £3.50 - £17.50 per night depending on ages.

Late Availability : Last Minute Bookings will always be accommodated if possible.

Our rooms are available for Single occupancy at £45 per night or £60 for Saturday night on it's own during busy periods.

Need something extra? We can arrange packed lunches for days out or for anyone visiting Wells on business. We would also be delighted to arrange for beauty treatments for ladies perhaps as a special treat. Please discuss your potential requirements with us.
